abstract The invention relates to an enamel paint which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2-25% of a styrene-acrylic emulsion, 30-50% of acrylic resin, 15-20% of deionized water, 20-25% of calcium carbonate, 0.5-5% of methylcellulose, 20-30% of talc powder, 10-15% of titanium dioxide, 0.2-2% of a coalescing agent, 0.1-1.5% of a preservative, 1-2% of a flatting agent and 0.5-2% of a defoamer. The enamel paint provided by the invention is safe, free of pungent smell, suitable for home decoration, convenient to construct, high in strength, strong in corrosion resistance, strong in waterproofness and mild prevention, wear resistant, anti-cracking, strong in adhesive force and low in cost.
