abstract The invention discloses emulsion paint for external walls. The emulsion paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of a nano-silica sol modified vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion, 6-12 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 3-7 parts of titanium dioxide, 15-20 parts of distilled water, 10-15 parts of calcium borate, 8-16 parts of nano-TiO2, 4-8 parts of a silane coupling agent, 6-10 parts of a curing agent, namely methyl ethyl ketone, 4-8 parts of nanometer silica, 5-10 parts of lauryl sodium sulfate, 8-16 parts of sodium silicate, 4-12 parts of ethylene glycol, and 5-9 parts of carbon powder. The invention provides the emulsion paint, which is non-toxic and environment-friendly, has favorable painting performance, resists aging, and is anti-yellowing, for external walls, and moreover, the excellent performance of the paint can be kept for a long time, and the service life of the paint is prolonged.
