The interior wall coating comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 16%-20% of deionized water, 0.1%-0.15% of a preservative, 5% of talcum powder, 0.1%-0.5% of a dispersing agent, 0.1% of a wetting agent, 5%-6% of titanium dioxide, 5%-7% of washing kaolin, 20%-25% of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 10%-15% of ground calcium carbonate, 7%-9% of light calcium carbonate, 3%-5% of aluminum silicate, 15%-20% of UV ultraviolet color-changing powder, 7% of washing kaolin, an appropriate amount of a film-forming addition agent, an appropriate amount of a levelling agent, and an appropriate amount of a thickening agent. Under general lamp light and natural light, the environment-friendly fluorescent interior wall coating is the same as a common paint, and under ultraviolet light, the environment-friendly fluorescent light interior wall coating is changed into a painted pattern, so that people have magical feelings. For the environment-friendly fluorescent interior wall coating, the emulsion and the addition agent, which are added, are products imported from abroad, green and environment-friendly, and conform to the environment-friendly requirement of China; besides, the environment-friendly fluorescent interior wall coating has good characteristics of quick drying, strong masking power, water resistance, ageing resistance, and the like.
