titleOfInvention Method for improving hydrophilicity and flexibility of polypeptide film by polytrimethylene carbonate and carboxymethyl chitosan
abstract The invention discloses a method for improving hydrophilicity and flexibility of a polypeptide film by polytrimethylene carbonate and carboxymethyl chitosan. The method comprises the following steps: 1) adding carboxyl-terminated polytrimethylene carbonate monotridecyl ether, a solvent, a condensation agent and a polypeptide homopolymer into a drying reactor and reacting to obtain a polypeptide-polytrimethylene carbonate block copolymer; 2) adding amino-terminated polytrimethylene carbonate monotridecyl ether, the solvent, the condensation agent and carboxymethyl chitosan into the drying reactor and reacting to obtain a carboxymethyl chitosan-polytrimethylene carbonate graft copolymer; and 3) adding the polypeptide-polytrimethylene carbonate block copolymer, the carboxymethyl chitosan-polytrimethylene carbonate graft copolymer and the solvent into the drying reactor, mixing, then forming a film by a tape casting method, and drying to obtain a target object. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process, and the hydrophilicity and flexibility of the obtained modified film are greatly improved.
