According to the dithienyl benzotriazole side chain-containing polymer disclosed by the invention, a dithienyl benzotriazole (BTz) side chain is an important electron acceptor unit and is beneficial to the reduction of a band gap of the polymer; carbazole is a heterocyclic compound with a rigid planar biphenyl structure and has relatively high thermal stability and high hole mobility; by applying a triphenylamine side chain-containing polymer to solar cells, the efficiency of organic electroluminescent devices can be increased.
