titleOfInvention Low-free-TDI (toluene diisocyanate) polyurethane polyester curing agent and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a low-free-TDI (toluene diisocyanate) polyurethane polyester curing agent and a preparation method thereof. The invention aims to provide a low-free-TDI polyurethane polyester resin curing agent with better film forming property and lower environmental pollution hazards, of which the free TDI content is less than 0.15% after paint preparation, and a preparation method thereof. The curing agent is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 12.5-16.5% of polyester resin, 3.5-5.5% of polyalcohol, 20-25% of TDI, 0.3-0.7% of antioxidant, 0.2-0.6% of dehydrating agent, 0.05-0.15% of polymerization inhibitor, 0.15-0.45% of trimer catalyst and 58-65% of solvent, totaling 100%. The polyester resin is composed of 6-10% of bean oil acid, 15-19% of castor oil, 19-23% of rosin, 15-18% of phthalic anhydride, 15-18% of glycerol, 0.25-0.65% of antioxidant and 16-20% of xylene, totaling 100%.
