titleOfInvention A kind of grafted cellulose molecule of pharmaceutical preparation method with pH/ temperature-responsives
abstract The invention belongs to macromolecular material and biomedical engineering field. It is a kind of in ionic liquid homogeneous system to illustrate, and utilizes atom transferred free radical technology(ATRP)Cellulosic raw material is modified, the method with medicinal polymer brushes of grafted cellulose of environmental sensitivity such as pH/ temperature is prepared. It is using ionic liquid as solvent, using microcrystalline cellulose as raw material, first in the methylimidazole of 1 pi-allyl of ionic liquid chlorination 3([AMIM]Cl)Middle dissolving microcrystalline cellulose; again macromole evocating agent MCC BiB are prepared with 2 bromine isobutyl acylbromide acylations; afterwards by introducing small molecule alcohol cosolvent; make pH/ temperature sensitive monomerics and ionic liquid formation homogeneous reaction system; above-mentioned functions monomer is grafted on microcrystalline cellulose using ATRP method, grafted cellulose molecular brush is formed, its grafting efficiency can reach 80%; reaction is controllable, and molecular weight distribution is 1.25.The cellulose graft copolymer of preparation can be self-assembled into spherical micelle in DMF, and with certain pH and temperature sensitivity, can be used as slow releasing carrier of medication.
