titleOfInvention | Ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene catalyst and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to an ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene catalyst and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of high molecular materials. The ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene catalyst is prepared by the following steps: firstly, carrying out reaction between magnesium halide and a hydrocarbon solvent; secondly, adding an alcoholic compound, and forming a magnesium alcoholate compound together with the magnesium halide compound; thirdly, sequentially adding an electron donor I, halogenated alkyl aluminium and an electron donor II to generate an intermediate product, performing ultrasonic treatment on the intermediate product, and adding a titanium compound to perform titanium loading reaction; finally, drying. In the preparation process of the ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene catalyst, through cooperative use of the two electron donors, the molecular weight of a polymer is effectively improved and the viscosity average molecular weight of polymerized resin can reach above 7 million; when the ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene catalyst is applied to ethylene slurry polymerization for 1 hour at 0.6MPa and 60 DEG C, the polymerization activity of the ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene catalyst can reach above 25000gPE/gCat; the ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene catalyst has the characteristics of relatively high activity and stable reaction kinetics; in the polymerization process, polymerization reaction is easily controlled; in the one-hour polymerization process, the activity of the ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene catalyst does not attenuate obviously. |
