abstract The invention discloses a kind of derivative of Quercetin and its preparation method and application; the preparation method protects adjacent two phenolic hydroxyl groups of Quercetin with dichloro-diphenyl methane first; and combine benzyl protecting group; obtain the quercetin derivative of selective protection; individually reacted again with dimethyl suflfate, dithyl sulfate, allyl bromide, bromoallylene, paratoluensulfonyl chloride and acetic anhydride, generate corresponding quercetin derivative.Prepared derivative compound all shows the suppression NRK 49F proliferation activities better than Quercetin.Wherein, methyl and p-toluenesulfonyl compound substituted quercetin derivative 20a 1,14a 2 and 23d 1 show more excellent suppression NRK 49F proliferation activities, and inhibiting rate respectively reaches 86.33%, 78.04%, 75.91%.It can be seen that the Quercetin derivatization product obtained at present has obvious inhibitory action to kidney fibroblast NRK 49F propagation.
