titleOfInvention Method for preparing arene by directly converting methane
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing arene by directly converting methane. The method comprises the following steps: placing a catalyst in a reactor, at the same time, introducing mixed gas of CH4 and an alkylation reagent into the reactor for reaction, and realizing the coupling of two reactions so as to obtain the arene. The method disclosed by the invention has the benefits that the method can obviously increase the conversion rate of the methane and the yield rate of the arene, can restrain the generation of oligomerization condensed nuclei aromatics, and can prolong the service life of the catalyst. According to the invention, the method is used for performing the reactions within 30 minutes, and the conversion rate can be stably controlled to be 25-45%; after the reacting time achieves 1200h, the conversion rate remains stable, and the catalyst is not inactivative; the non-oxidative aromatization reaction of the methane and the arene alkylation reaction of the arene are performed at the same time, so that heat coupling can be realized; for the two reactions, temperatures, airspeeds and raw materials are coordinated within a certain limit; the kind of products after the reactions is unchanged, so that the analysis and comparison are convenient; during the reactions, benzene, toluene and the like are consumed, and xylene, trimethyl benzene and the like are generated, so that the value is higher.
