titleOfInvention | Mesoporous ball follow-shaped yttrium oxide-zinc oxide composite material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a mesoporous ball follow-shaped yttrium oxide-zinc oxide composite material. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on an alcohol solution of a zinc oxide powder, and steaming to dry; and (2) dissolving the zinc oxide nano powder obtained in the step (1) in an yttrium nitrate solution, and carrying out a hydrothermal reaction under a stirring condition. According to the method, the hydrothermal reaction temperature and time are reduced, a synthetic morphology is good, a crystalline form is more complete, and the size is more uniform; the method is simple in process, low in energy consumption, flexible in preparation conditions, and suitable for mass production; the method omits a template removal step and a thin film transfer step, and effectively avoids damage on a material thin film structure and orientation in the process; and in addition, in consideration of no special requirements of the method provided by the invention on a substrate, the application range of the material in devices is greatly expanded, and the method is a material synthetic method having practical application values. |
