abstract The invention discloses a furan self-hardening adhesive for a casting core. The furan self-hardening adhesive comprises furfuryl alcohol and/or reactive furan resin, an activating agent of resorcinol, resorcinol asphalt and bisphenol A tar, a bisphenol compound, polyalcohol of polyester type polyalcohol, polyether type polyalcohol and a mixture of polyester type polyalcohol and polyether type polyalcohol as well as optimized silane. The adhesive is hardened in the presence of a furan hardening catalyst.
