abstract | The invention discloses a ferrate catalyst as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The catalyst has a general formula of x(FeAaDbEcOd)/yZ and is prepared by the following steps: (1) dissolving a precursor compound of components in addition to halogen E in a solution to obtain mixed slurry; (2) adding a precipitant into the mixed slurry until the pH value is 7.0-11.0 to obtain precipitation slurry; (3) filtering to obtain a filter cake; (4) uniformly mixing the filter cake with the precursor compound solution of halogen E, and roasting to obtain the catalyst. When the catalyst is applied to oxidative dehydrogenation reaction of butene to butadiene, the butene conversion rate and the butadiene selectivity are remarkably improved.x(FeAaDbEcOd)/yZ. |
