abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing an acai berry extract. The method comprises the following extraction steps: step 1, picking acai berry fruits, washing by using clear water, taking out the surface impurities, cleaning by using a steam cleaning machine for 5-10 minutes, taking out the acai berry fruits, and drying; step 2, crushing and beating the dried acai berry by virtue of a beating machine, adding water or/and water alcohol 10-30 times of the beat dried acai berry for decocting or performing reflux extraction for 2-4 times, wherein the time is 1-3 hours each time, combining the extracting solutions, filtering, performing vacuum concentration on the filtrate, concentrating, and drying, thereby obtaining the solid; and step 3, dissolving the solid obtained in the step 2 in water, adding the solid in the filled macroporous resin column, filtering by virtue of the resin column, and washing the resin column by using distilled water until the eluent is colorless; and adding an eluent into the resin column, collecting the eluent, performing vacuum concentration, and drying to obtain the final extract. The invention also discloses an acai berry extract composition which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of acai berry extract, 5-8 parts of hawthorns and 10-16 parts of blueberry extract. The acai berry extract and the composition thereof have obvious effect of losing weight. |
