titleOfInvention Method for increasing maturing rate in sugarcane hybrid seed production
abstract The invention relates to a method for increasing a maturing rate in sugarcane hybrid seed production, belonging to the technical field of agricultural cultivation. A generated regeneration plant after a hybrid parent is subjected to air layering in sugarcane hybrid seed production is in culture solution in a culture stage; the florescence of flower spikes of the hybrid parent is prolonged by adjusting the temperature, the nutrients and the dissolved oxygen of the culture solution; simultaneously, the pollen quantity and the developmental rate can also be increased; and finally, the maturing rate of hybrid seeds is increased. The temperature of the culture solution is 15-20 DEG C; the nutrients respectively contain 145-160mg/L of nitrogen, 38-42mg/L of phosphorus, 285-315mg/L of potassium and 3.8-4.2mg/L of boron; and the content of the dissolved oxygen is 4-8mg/L. Experiments show that the florescence of flower spikes of the sugarcane hybrid parent can be effectively prolonged by 4-7 days; simultaneously, the pollen quantity can be increased by 20-50%; the maturing rate of the hybrid seeds can be increased by 10-20%; and the method disclosed by the invention is very applied to sugarcane hybrid seed production.
