abstract | The invention relates to an environment-friendly synthetic leather, which comprises the following raw materials by weight part: PVC resin powder, dioctyl adipate, epoxidized soybean oil, graphene, a stabilizing agent and a foaming agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials in proportion and stirring with high speed, adding into an internal mixer for mixing and plasticizing, performing secondary milling and secondary filtering, conveying to extruding equipment for coating to obtain a PVC layer; extruding the PVC layer obtained from the above step to a bonding layer, calendering and coating by a taping machine, and then cooling to obtain the product. According to the invention, by adding dioctyl adipate, cold resistant performance is increased, addition of grapheme and calcium carbonate increases strength and wear resistance of the synthetic leather, reasonable ratio can further increase the cold resistance and strength of the synthetic leather, and the synthetic leather enables normal usage under low temperature. |
