The flame retardancy of the composite material is high, and the composite material is not easy to burn when meeting with fire, so that the safety of the life raft and the personal safety of riding staff are guaranteed; and besides, the raw materials used by the composite material are all environmental-friendly raw materials, so that the composite material cannot give off substances which are toxic and harmful to human bodies, and the composite material is not harmful to the health of the human bodies.
