titleOfInvention Method for treating dye wastewater by utilizing potassium permanganate modified aerobic granular sludge
abstract The invention discloses a method for treating dye wastewater by utilizing potassium permanganate modified aerobic granular sludge and belongs to the field of dye wastewater treatment and waste reutilization. According to the method disclosed by the invention, waste aerobic granular sludge is taken as a raw material to prepare an absorbent for treating the dye wastewater, so the method has the advantages of use of easily available raw material, convenient operation, good economical performance and high efficiency, and is also a new research on recycle of waste sludge. By using the modified aerobic granular sludge to treat the dye wastewater, the removal rate can reach a quite high level at a proper condition. By taking peacock green simulative dyeing wastewater as a sample, the removal rate is as high as 98.95% underconditions that the temperature is 25+/-1 DEG C, the pH is 7 to 8 and the amount of the added aerobic granular sludge is 0.6g/L. The removal rate is always above 95% under conditions that the pH is 7 to 8 and the amount of the added aerobic granular sludge is 0.6g/L when actual peacock green dye wastewater of which the concentration is 5 to 150 mg/L is treated at normal temperature.
