titleOfInvention Preparing method of F-P-TiO2 nanometer photocatalyst
abstract The invention relates to a preparing method of a photocatalyst, in particular to a preparing method of an F-P-TiO2 nanometer photocatalyst, and aims at solving the technical problems that an existing photocatalytic material is low in solar energy utilization rate and photocatalytic activity. The preparing method comprises the following steps that a TiCl4 solution, a phosphoric acid solution, an ammonium fluoride solution and colorless and transparent sol are prepared; the colorless and transparent sol is transferred to a stainless reaction kettle with the lining made of teflon, a hydrothermal reaction is carried out, the colorless and transparent sol is cooled to the indoor temperature, suction filtration washing is carried out through distilled water, drying and grinding are carried out, and then the F-P-TiO2 nanometer photocatalyst is obtained. According to the preparing method, the nanometer TiO2 anatase phase is effectively prevented from being converted into the rutile phase; the energy gap is effectively reduced, and the photoresponse range of the F-P-TiO2 nanometer photocatalyst is enlarged; photoproduction e-/h+ recombination is effectively restrained, and the quantum efficiency is improved; the environmental pollutant efficiency of the nanometer TiO2 photocatalyst is obviously improved, and efficient governing of the environmental pollution can be achieved through the F-P-TiO2 nanometer photocatalyst under the sunlight irradiation.
