abstract | The invention discloses a Gleditsia sinensis plant surfactant and a preparation method thereof, and relates to a formula of a botanical surfactant, and a preparation method of the botanical surfactant. The surfactant includes, by mass, 40-45% of Gleditsia sinensis extract, 80-85% of an edible alcohol solvent with the content of 90% or more, 20-25% of a food thickener, 3-4% of biodegradable protease, 1-3% of an antiseptic and 1-3% of an antifreeze agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the alcohol solvent into a sealed tank, adding the Gleditsia sinensis extract in proportion, and sealing for 6-12h for soaking; and recovering alcohol in a soaking liquid by an alcohol recovery tank, sequentially adding the food thickener, the antiseptic and the antifreeze agent in proportion, and fully stirring for uniformity. The surfactant is a novel natural environmentally-friendly decontamination synergist, can be used in all body-related cleaning products in daily life and production industries to substitute chemical surfactants, and reduces the harms to health and the environment. |
