abstract The invention relates to a Cihang tablet preparing method which includes the following steps that (1) rhizoma chuanxiong is smashed into fine powder and passes a sieve with 80-120 meshes, the surface of the rhizoma chuanxiong is wetted through 70-80% ethyl alcohol, and the fine powder is closed for 0.5-2 hours and dried for 1.5-2.5 hours at the temperature of 55-65 DEG C for use; (2) angelica sinensis is smashed and broken, reflux is carried out twice with 70-80% ethyl alcohol as a solvent, 4-6 times of ethyl alcohol is added for the primary reflux for 1-2 hours, 2-4 times of ethyl alcohol is added for the secondary reflux for 1-2 hours, reflux liquid is collected twice, the ethyl alcohol is recycled, and residual liquid is concentrated to clean paste with the relative density of 1.22-1.25 at 80 DEG C; (3) water with the weight 8-12 times that of angelica sinensis alcohol extraction decoction dregs and herba leonuri is added into the angelica sinensis alcohol extraction decoction dregs and the herba leonuri so that the angelica sinensis alcohol extraction decoction dregs and the herba leonuri can be decocted for 1-3 times, each time of decoction takes 1-3 hours, decocted liquid are mixed and filtered, the filtered liquid is concentrated into clean paste with the relative density of 1.22-1.25 at 80 DEG C, pressure is reduced, the clean paste is dried to obtain dried paste, and the dried paste is smashed into fine powder, sealed and stored to be used; (4) the rhizoma chuanxiong powder, the angelica sinensis alcohol extraction clean paste and angelica sinensis decoction dregs and herba leonuri extract paste are combined to serve as active constituents, and tablets are prepared by adding pharmaceutic adjuvants.
