titleOfInvention Corncob soaking device and corncob soaking method
abstract The invention discloses a corncob soaking device comprising a soaking tank, a spraying pipe set, a water pump, a water injection valve, a water discharge pipe, a water discharge valve, and a control center. A corncob soaking method provided by the invention comprises the three steps of material placement, water addition amount presetting, and standing soaking. Compared with prior art, the corncob soaking device uniformly spray pressurized water from spraying pipes on the corncobs, such that most of the corncobs in the soaking tank are soaked in an immersed way. Because of spraying, corncobs on the upper surface absorb a large amount of water, such that the self weight is increased; and the lower-layer corncobs absorb water and sink, such that the upper-layer corncob can be immersed in water within a short time. Therefore, corncob soaking uniformity can be effectively enhanced, and soaking time can be shortened. The device provided by the invention does not require large stirring equipment and power, such that electric energy is saved, and input cost is reduced; large tank long-time soaking is also not needed, such that problems such as raw material acidification caused by long-time soaking of the corncobs, severe loss of the soluble nutrient, and soaking deficiency of floated the raw material on the upper surface can be solved.
