The layered structure comprises an anode conductive substrate, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer, a cathode layer, organic barrier layers and mixed barrier layers, the anode conductive substrate, the hole injection layer, the hole transport layer, the light-emitting layer, the electron transport layer, the electron injection layer, the cathode layer, the organic barrier layers and the mixed barrier layers are sequentially stacked on one another, and the organic barrier layers and the mixed barrier layers are alternately stacked on the cathode layer. The organic light-emitting device and the method have the advantages that selected cyclic alkane and selected fluoride of boron are doped with each other according to certain proportions to form the mixed barrier layers, so that cooperative densifying effects can be realized, and the stability of the organic light-emitting device can be greatly improved; the organic barrier layers and the mixed barrier layers are alternately stacked, so that the waterproof and anti-oxygen performance of the device can be effectively improved, the service life of the device can be greatly prolonged, the complexity of manufacturing processes can be lowered, and the manufacturing cost of the device can be reduced. |
