titleOfInvention | Organic light emitting diode device and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides an organic light emitting diode device with an encapsulation layer structure. The encapsulation layer is composed of silicon oxycarbide barrier layers and inorganic barrier layers which are alternately stacked, wherein the silicon oxycarbide barrier layers are made of silicon oxycarbide, and the inorganic barrier layers are made of titanium dioxide, zirconium dioxide or hafnium dioxide. The encapsulation layer can effectively prevent external active substances such as water and oxygen from eroding the organic light emitting diode device, and therefore, the service life of the organic light emitting diode device can be prolonged. The invention also provides a preparation method of the organic light emitting diode device. The preparation method has the advantages of simple process, cheap raw materials and easiness in large-area preparation. |
