titleOfInvention | Organic electroluminescent device and preparation method thereof |
abstract | Provided is an organic electroluminescent device, comprising an anode, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a luminous layer, an electron transfer layer, an electron injection layer, and a cathode stacked in sequence. The cathode layer is formed by a first metal layer, a wide energy gap layer, a metallic oxide doped layer, and a second metal layer. The material of the first metal layer is the same with the material of the second metal layer, and the material is a metal layer material. The material of the metallic oxide doped layer comprises metallic oxides and phthalocyanines metallic compounds doped in the metallic oxides. The materials of the metallic oxides are selected from at least one of magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, calcium oxide, and titanium dioxide. The phthalocyanines metallic compound materials are selected from at least one of copper phthalocyanine, zinc phthalocyanine, magnesium phthalocyanine, and vanadium phthalocyanine. The luminescence efficiency of the organic electroluminescent device is high. The invention also provides a preparation method for the organic electroluminescent device. |
