titleOfInvention | Vintage texture coating |
abstract | A vintage texture coating comprises, by weight, 12-15 parts of a special emulsion for real stone paints, 10-15 parts of cellulose, 3-5 parts of water, 1 part of a dispersant, 2.5 parts of heavy calcium, 5 parts of 200 mesh quartz sand, 0.5 parts of a titanium dioxide slurry, 20-30 parts of 40-80 mesh river sand, and 30-40 parts of 80-120 mesh river sand. The special emulsion for real stone paints is a novel emulsion developed for overcoming the water absorption whitening phenomenon of emulsions in the film formation process. The emulsion is prepared by adopting a foreign high-quality emulsifier and a monomer and polymerizing through a core shell cladding technology. The emulsion has moderate viscosity and uniform granule, and the real stone paints prepared by using the emulsion have the advantages of strong adhesion, ageing resistance, outdoor durability, pollution resistance, no color fading, water washing resistance and the like. The cellulose is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and the excellent water retention performance of the hydroxypropyl methylcellulose makes the slurry not cracked due to too fast drying after the slurry is smeared and enhances the strength after hardening. |
