titleOfInvention Anti-ultraviolet (UV) scratching resistant paint
abstract The invention discloses an anti-UV scratching resistant paint, which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.8 to 1.4 parts of styrene, 3.5 to 5.2 parts of calcium silicate, 3.3 to 5.4 parts of allyl heptanoate, 2.2 to 5.6 parts of isocyanatoethylmethacrylate, 3.5 to 6.6 parts of thickening agent, 2.6 to 3.7 parts of aluminum hydroxide powder, 1.7 to 2.5 parts of vinyl chloride, 5.8 to 7.8 parts of water, and 0.2 to 0.5 part of surfactant. The provided paint is a UV-cured scratching resistant paint that can be applied to window membrane and window protective membrane. The raw materials are easily-available, and the paint has excellent stability, so the industrial promotion and application is easy to perform. Furthermore, the paint has the characteristics of fast curing speed and simple preparation technology, and the production cost can be largely reduced. The coating formed by the paint has the characteristics of moderate hardness and good light transmittance.
