abstract The invention discloses a formula of a transparent gel for fireproof glass. The transparent gel is composed of the following components in percentage by the total weight of the transparent gel: 4 to 25% of ethanolamine, 0.1 to 3% of initiator, 5 to 20% of magnesium chloride, 5 to 20% of gelata, 5 to 20% of ammonium phosphate, 2 to 30% of urea, 1 to 15% of boric acid, 2 to 20% of sodium chloride, and the balance being water. The transparent gel can tightly bond glass together without using a coupling agent, and thus the bubbles are reduced.
