titleOfInvention Molten steel fluxing agent for cold-rolled tin plate
abstract The invention relates to a molten steel fluxing agent for a cold-rolled tin plate, belongs to the technical field of steelmaking and continuous casting, and mainly aims to solve the technical problem that the continuous casting billet slag entrapment defect is caused by a high melting point and low viscosity of the molten steel refluxing agent of a continuous casting crystallizer which is used for casting cold-rolled thin plate molten steel in the prior art. According to the technical scheme adopted by the invention, the molten steel fluxing agent for the cold-rolled thin plate comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 28.5-36.5% of CaO, 32.0-34.0% of SiO2, 7.0-11.0% of Al2O3, 0-2.4% of Na2O, 4.0-8.0% of MnO2, 0-3.0% of CF, 3.6-5.2% of Li2O, and the balance of inevitable impurities. Binary basicity value (CaO/SiO2) in the casting powder is 0.83-1.03. The molten steel refluxing agent is mainly used for crystallizer internal protection for molten steel in the crystallizer when the cold-rolled thin steel plate is produced by a continuous slab caster.
