abstract | The invention provides a facility for removing harmful gas. The facility will not damage the visibility of a detection agent layer, can reduce the filling amount of the detection layer, and can also reduce the filling amount of a harmful gas removing agent of the harmful gas removing agent layer. The facility is characterized by comprising a harmful gas removing cylinder, which is provided with a harmful gas removing agent layer, a detection agent container, wherein at least part of the detection agent container is filled with the detection agent, and a gas flow-path restricting part made of an airtight material. The detection agent container comprises a first detection agent layer, which is filled with a detection agent and is arranged in an end side that is basically perpendicular to the axis of the detection agent container, a second detection agent layer, which is filled with a detection agent and is arranged in the upstream side when cutting the surface which is basically perpendicular to the flow direction of harmful gas, and an internal harmful gas removing agent layer, which is filled with a harmful gas removing agent and is arranged in the downstream side in the harmful gas flowing direction. The gas flow-path restricting part is arranged to cover the peripheral surface, which is opposite to the downstream side in the flow direction of the harmful gas and the peripheral surface of the first detection agent layer, of the detection agent container. |
