abstract | The invention provides a haze-removal self-cleaning coating and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of synthesizing nanometer silicon dioxide composite aerogel by a special process and then mixing the nanometer silicon dioxide composite aerogel and materials such as an appropriate amount of nanometer waterborne fluoro-silicon emulsion, additives and deionized water together to prepare the haze-removal self-cleaning coating. The preparation method is simple, easy to operate and highly feasible; according to the haze-removal self-cleaning coating provided by the invention, by the strong haze-removal capability of the nanometer silicon dioxide composite aerogel, indoor microparticles below PM2.5 and microparticles below PM2.5 surrounding buildings are removed and meanwhile, by the super hydrophilicity of nanometer waterborne fluoro-silicon resin and nanometer silicon dioxide aerogel, contaminants on the surface of a film can be naturally rinsed and cleaned with rainwater so that the coating layer has circular self-cleaning function and the long-lasting decorative effect of the appearance of buildings is maintained. |
