abstract The invention discloses an antifreeze and oil-resistant rubber sole material which is prepared from the following two parts of raw materials in parts by weight: the first part comprising 38-42 parts of nitrile rubber, 5-9 parts of butadiene rubber, 3-4 parts of zinc oxide, 1-2 parts of octadecanoic acid, 0.4-0.6 part of N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, 0.3-0.5 part of 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydro-quinoline, 28-35 parts of a reinforcing agent, 3-4 parts of coumarone resin, 8-12 parts of dioctyl adipate, and 8-10 parts of dioctyl sebacate; and the second part comprising 5.5-6.5g of sulfur, 4.5-5.5g of an accelerant (DM), 6.5-7.5g of an accelerant (CZ) and 4.5-5.5g of an accelerant (TMTD) which are added in every 1kg of the first part. Generally, the nitrile rubber has excellent oil resistance, but is insufficient in cold resistance, so that the service life of oil-resistant products is influenced. According to the formula, a combined main body material of the nitrile rubber with low acrylonitrile content and butadiene rubber is adopted, so that the low-temperature cold resistance can be improved under the condition that the oil resistance is met.
