abstract | The invention provides a polyamide film with high frequency and high binding force, and in particular relates to polyamide acid solutions for preparing the polyamide film and a preparation method of the polyamide film. The composition of polyamide acid solutions comprise aromatic tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride, aromatic diamine, silicon-containing auxiliaries and organic solvents, wherein the aromatic tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride is a compound shown in a formula A, a formula B or a formula C as shown in the description; the aromatic diamine is 1,4-bi(3'-amino-5'-trifluoromethyl phenoxyl) biphenyl. The polyamide is high in comprehensive performance, low in dielectric constant and low in dielectric loss when high heatproof property and mechanical property are maintained, strong binding strength of the polyamide and a copper foil, is used for preparing a high-frequency substrate serving as a printing circuit substrate, and has wide development and application prospect in the field of optical communication. |
