Dried nano zirconium dioxide or modified nano-silica zirconium are dissolved in methacrylic acid by the present invention, and ultrasonic disperse prepares nano zirconium dioxide dispersion liquid; Aqueous solution of sodium bisulfite and nano zirconium dioxide dispersion liquid are added in the there-necked flask being connected to reflux, opens condensed water stirring intensification dispersion reaction; Increasing mixing speed, use constant pressure funnel to drip mix monomer and the ammonium persulfate aqueous solution of allyl glycidyl ether and methacrylic acid in there-necked flask, isothermal reaction cools down to obtain composite. The preparation method that the present invention further simplify aqueous epoxy resins/nano composite material, and prepared composite is used in leather tanning operation, compared with traditional chromium tannage, after ensureing tanning under the premise of crust leather quality, chromium powder consumption decreases 62.5%. |
