titleOfInvention | Trinuclear Cr(III) chelate as well as preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a trinuclear Cr(III) chelate as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving Cr(III)Cl3.6H2O, NaOH and salicylic acid with water and methanol in a charging ratio of 1:3:2.5; heating and refluxing for a period, stopping reaction, standing overnight, and filtering to obtain a light-green solid; dissolving the solid in water and methanol solution, and standing for half a month to separate mono-crystal. The chelate has a molecular formula of Cr3C54H55O27 and a molecular weight of 1291.98, is a triclinic system, and has a point group of P-1, wherein a is 11.5655(9), b is 12.9519(11), c is 20.6701(18) angstrom, alpha is 75.4520(10), beta is 81.177(2), gamma is 80.360(2) degree, V is 2934.5(4) angstrom<3>, and Z is 2. The trinuclear Cr(III) chelate can be applied to preparation of medicines for reducing blood glucose and reducing weight. |
