titleOfInvention Synthesis method of tri(azidoacetyloxymethyl)nitromethane
abstract The invention discloses a synthesis method of tri(azidoacetyloxymethyl)nitromethane. The method comprises the following steps: while stirring, adding tri(chloracetyloxymethyl)nitromethane into a 75-95 vol% acetone water solution at the temperature of 15-30 DEG C, adding sodium azide, reacting at 30-60 DEG C for 1-10 hours, cooling the reaction solution to 20-30 DEG C, adding water and dichloromethane to extract the reaction solution, washing the organic phase with water, drying with anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and concentrating the organic phase to obtain the tri(azidoacetyloxymethyl)nitromethane, wherein the mole ratio of the tri(chloracetyloxymethyl)nitromethane to the sodium azide is 1:(3.15-3.9). The method is mainly used for synthesizing the tri(azidoacetyloxymethyl)nitromethane.
