titleOfInvention Controllable preparation method of rutile titania microspheres
abstract The invention discloses a controllable preparation method of rutile titania microspheres and belongs to the technical field of catalytic adsorption. The method comprises the following steps: (A) dropwise adding titanium tetrachloride to an acid solution and fully stirring to obtain a solution 1; (B) diluting the solution 1 with water, and vibrating in a constant-temperature water bath to obtain a solution 2; and (C) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the solution 2 to obtain a solution 3; and (D) ageing the solution 3 at a room temperature and centrifugally separating to obtain a solid, washing and drying to obtain the rutile titania microspheres. The method is simple and reliable in process; and the rutile titania microspheres prepared by the method are controllable in particle size, regular in shape, and relatively high in purity and yield.
