titleOfInvention Preparation method and application of sludge deodorant
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a sludge deodorant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: removing inorganic impurities from kitchen waste, and separating out oily water and solid matters; placing the separated oily water and solid matters in a vertical grading container, digesting under a normal-pressure condition at a temperature of 115-130 DEG C, forming an overflow hole at the upper part of the vertical grading container, and collecting oil into the container after the oil overflows out from the overflow hole at the upper part; crushing a raw material containing cellulose and lignin until the particle size is 5-10cm, placing the raw material into oil and extracting, thereby obtaining an extracted basic substance at an oil temperature of not less than 150 DEG C; placing the extracted basic substance in a ball mill, and grinding until the particle size is not greater than 1mm to obtain a uniform basic substance; and adding a surfactant and a former into the uniform basic substance to prepare the sludge deodorant. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the in-situ deodorant of sludge is prepared by virtue of swill-cooked dirty oil and solid waste, so that the problem of stink disposal perplexing sludge drying and incineration processes is solved; moreover, waste can be treated by using waste, so that the discharge amount of PM2.5 substances in the atmosphere is reduced.
