abstract The invention discloses a preparation method and a quality control method of high-purity rubusoside by use of rubusoside rosaceae rubus plants as raw materials. The method is characterized in that the method comprises the steps of extracting rubusoside plants, adsorbing with a macroporous resin column, detecting through the HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), collecting the flow ingredient containing rubusoside, separating by a reverse-phase preparative high-performance liquid phase method, detecting each part of the collected eluant by use of analytical type HPLC, mixing and keeping the high-purity rubusoside component, and carrying out quality control by the thin-layer chromatography and the liquid chromatogram. According to the method, the purity of the rubusoside can be improved and the production cost can be reduced.
