abstract | The invention discloses a method for extracting dimethoate from blood of bombyxmori as well as a filtering device, and relates to the technical field of residue detection of insecticide. The extraction process is as follows: sodium chloride is added to a blood sample of bombyxmori to form a saturated solution, the saturated solution and an extractantwhich are equal in volume are taken, mixed and uniformly shaken up, ultrasonic oscillationis adopted for auxiliary layering, and a solution on the lower layer is an extracting solution containing dimethoate; the extracting solution is adopted, impurities are removed by the filtering device, and filtrate is obtained; and the filtrate is subjected to rotary evaporation, the extractant is removed, a product is subjected to constant volume by a flow phase and filtered by a microfiltration membrane with meshes of 0.22 mu m, and a dimethoate solution is obtained. The filtering device comprises multiple stages of quartz sand and degreasing cotton and is used for removing impurities in the extracting solution. The dimethoate in the blood of bombyxmori can be rapidly and accurately extracted, and the dimethoate detecting accuracy is improved. |
