| abstract | The invention discloses a special seat cushion for a vehicle impact test. The special seat cushion comprises a seat cushion, a seat cushion backrest and a seat cushion outer over, wherein a groove is formed in the seat cushion and is used for being connected with a special seat for impact; the bottom of the seat cushion is also provided with a bevel; the bevel is arranged near the bottom surface of the seat cushion; a fixing plate is arranged below the seat cushion; the seat cushion and the fixing plate are externally coated with outer cover cloth; a bump is arranged on the seat cushion backrest and is used for being connected with the special seat for impact; the seat cushion backrest is coated with outer cover cloth as well. The invention also discloses a prescription of a polyurethane foam material of the seat cushion and the seat cushion backrest, wherein the prescription consists of the following components: 56-65 percent of high-activity primary hydroxyl polyether, 2-5 percent of dihydric alcohol, 1-4 percent of water, 0-0.5 percent of polydimethyl silicone oil, 0-0.5 percent of triethylene diamine, 3-6 percent of fluoro trichloromethane, 0-0.3 percent of diether, 0-0.5 percent of amino-ethyl alcohol amine and 27-35 percent of TDI80/20. The seat cushion disclosed by the invention can be used for replacing an imported seat cushion, and the cost of the special seat cushion for a dynamic impact test is only about 1/4 of that of the imported seat cushion, and is greatly lowered. |
