The present invention relates to a liquid crystal compound with the structure shown in formula I, wherein, R is selected from H and unsubstituted or one or more of H is replaced by halogen alkyl or alkoxy group containing 1-12 carbon atoms; A is selected from a single bond or 1,4-phenyl, wherein the H in the 1,4-phenyl can be independently replaced by one or more halogens; L and L are each independently selected from H or halogen; Z 1 is selected from a single bond or -(CH 2 ) 2 -. The compound of the invention has the characteristics of low rotational viscosity, large dielectric anisotropy, good mutual solubility and stable performance. After being applied to the composition, the driving voltage of the device can be reduced, and has broad application prospects. |
