titleOfInvention High-temperature-resistant mixed dispersant NNO/MF and production process thereof
abstract The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant mixed dispersant NNO/MF and a production process thereof. The high-temperature-resistant mixed dispersant comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-25% of sodium methylene bis-methyl naphthalene sulfonate and 75-80% of sodium methylene bis-naphthalene sulfonate. The production process of the high-temperature-resistant mixed dispersant NNO/MF comprises four steps: refining; sulfonating; condensing; and neutralizing. The high-temperature-resistant mixed dispersant NNO/MF disclosed by the invention does not contain heterocyclic compounds such as quinoline and the like and is light color and excellent in heat-resistant stability, and is particularly suitable for light color dyes which need to be dispersed at high temperature.
