titleOfInvention Enoki mushroom cultivation medium and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an enoki mushroom cultivation medium and a preparation method thereof. The solid part of the enoki mushroom cultivation medium is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40-60% of crop straw, 20-35% of sawdust, 10-15% of soybean meal, 1% of lime, 3% of urea, 2-3% of ammonium sulfate, 1-2% of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 1-2% of calcium sulfate, 1-2% of iron sulfate and 1-2 % magnesium sulfate. The preparation method of the enoki mushroom cultivation medium comprises the following steps: (1) crushing materials; (2) mixing materials; (3) adding water and stirring; and (4) packaging and sterilizing. The preparation method of the enoki mushroom cultivation medium is low in cost, the enoki mushroom cultivation medium is easy to prepare and is suitable for the growth of enoki mushrooms, and the enoki mushrooms cultivated by adopting the enoki mushroom cultivation medium disclosed by the invention can germinate quickly, is short in cultivation cycle and is high in yield. In addition, by adopting the enoki mushroom cultivation medium, the waste of tree resources can be reduced, and crop shells and crop cores can be fully recycled.
