abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of resin coated color quartz sand. The key point of the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the preparation method is implemented by taking quartz sand as a base material through the concrete preparation steps of the preparation of pigmental resin: mixing one or more base pigments, uniformly mixing the obtained mixture with resin in a proportion of 1:3-5, and grinding the obtained mixture into the pigmental resin for standby application; mixing and stirring the pigmental resin and the quartz sand, so that the pigmental resin is uniformly covered on the surface of the quartz sand, thereby obtaining a semi-finished product of colored sand; drying the semi-finished product of colored sand by using hot air at a temperature of 60-80 DEG C; putting the dried colored sand into a drying furnace to dry again for 0.5-1 hour at a temperature of 200-400 DEG C; and taking the re-dried colored sand from the drying furnace, putting the colored sand into a water-cooled roller to cool to 40-45 DEG C, taking out, cooling the obtained product to room temperature, and sieving the obtained product, so that a finished product is obtained. The color control difficulty of products set according to the preparation method of resin coated color quartz sand disclosed by the invention is greatly reduced, and the chromatic aberration is stable.
