abstract | The invention discloses an Au@Pt enzyme mimic labeled clenbuterol ELISA detection kit. The kit includes Au@Pt nanoparticle-labeled secondary antibodies. The Au@Pt nanoparticle-labeled secondary antibody was prepared as follows: the secondary antibody with a concentration of 6mg/ml was diluted according to the ratio of 1:1000 to obtain the diluted secondary antibody; the modified secondary antibody with a concentration of 5nM The Au@Pt nanoparticle suspension was diluted at a ratio of 1:4 to obtain the diluted Au@Pt nanoparticle suspension. The diluted secondary antibody was mixed with the diluted Au@Pt nanoparticle suspension at a volume ratio of 4:100, and reacted at 4° C. for 4 days to obtain the Au@Pt nanoparticle-labeled secondary antibody.
