titleOfInvention | Up-conversion luminescent material of holmium-ytterbium-codoped cadmium selenide glass, and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses an up-conversion luminescent material of holmium-ytterbium-codoped cadmium selenide glass. The up-conversion luminescent material of holmium-ytterbium-codoped cadmium selenide glass has a chemical formula of CdSe: xHo<3+>, yYb<3+>, wherein x is 0.01-0.05, and y is 0.01-0.1. In the photoluminescence spectra of the up-conversion luminescent material of holmium-ytterbium-codoped cadmium selenide glass, the excitation wavelength of the up-conversion luminescent material of holmium-ytterbium-codoped cadmium selenide glass is 640nm, a luminescence peak is formed by a transition radiation from <5>F3 to <5>I8 of Ho<3+> ions in a 490nm wavelength area, and the up-conversion luminescent material of holmium-ytterbium-codoped cadmium selenide glass can be used as a blue-light luminescent material. The invention further provides a preparation method for the up-conversion luminescent material of holmium-ytterbium-codoped cadmium selenide glass, and an organic light emitting diode using the up-conversion luminescent material of holmium-ytterbium-codoped cadmium selenide glass. |
