abstract The invention discloses a technique for processing latex paint, which relates to the field of mechanical chemical process. Latex paint with uniform color and luster, unlikely peeling and luminous sterilization is obtained by five steps of grinding, dispersing, conditioning, toning and filtering and packaging, wherein in the grinding process, grinding the material for 2-3 times, filtering the material in a 200-meshe sieve, grinding pigment and filtering the pigment in a 100-mesh sieve; in the dispersing process, firstly adding water into a high-speed stirrer, regulating the stirring speed, sequentially adding 0.5-1wt% of zinc sulfide, 30wt% of mixed liquor of xylene, butyl acetate and cyclohexanone, 30wt% of polyurethane resin, 0.5wt% of organic silicone, 2wt% of bentonite, 5wt% of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.8wt% of diacetylmonoxime and 3wt% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, uniformly mixing the matters, accelerating the rotating speed to 300 r/min, stirring for 10 minutes, stewing for 3 minutes, and repeating for 3-5 times; in the conditioning and toning process, adding 0.5-2wt% of magnesium aluminate, 0.5-1wt% of tourmaline and 1wt% of low-viscosity silicone oil under a rotating speed of 150 r/min, adding 5wt% of pigment and 0.5wt% of zinc naphthenate under a rotating speed of 200 r/min, and stirring uniformly to obtain colored functional latex paint.
