abstract | The invention discloses a waterborne coating having the functions of self cleaning and excellent adhesive force and used for a glass door. The waterborne coating is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-36 parts of modified waterborne plant oil alkyd resin, 14-18 parts of elastic acrylic emulsion, 22-25 parts of organic silicon resin emulsion, 0.4-0.7 part of zinc naphthenate, 0.5-1.0 part of a silane coupling agent KH, 0.2-0.3 part of alkaryl polyether alcohol, 0.1-0.2 part of hydroxymethyl celloulose, 1-3 parts of propylene glycol monomerpropyl ether, 0.3-0.4 part of gas phase white carbon black, 0.2-0.5 part of sodium butylnaphthalenesulfonate, 0.5-1.0 part of triethylene tetramine, 0.1-0.3 part of carbomer resin, 0.3-0.4 part of sodium polyacrylate, 0.3-0.5 part of flatting agent BYK-3100, 0.2-0.3 part of a silicone oil defoaming agent, 1-2 parts of a nano photocatalyst, 1-2 parts of pigment, 0.5-0.7 part of waterborne color concentrate and 12-16 parts of deionized water. The waterborne coating has the characteristics of good film forming property, good adhesive force, yellowing resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and glossiness and the like, is safe without toxins and is suitable for glasses for home decoration and the like to use. |
