abstract | The invention relates to a high performance epoxy resin waterproof coating which comprises components A and B, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95-105 parts of epoxy resin, 10-15 parts of an active diluent, 2-5 parts of a surfactant, 1-2 parts of a defoamer, 1-2 parts of a flatting agent, 2-5 parts of an anti-settling agent, 3-5 parts of a plasticizer and 250-300 parts of functional filler; the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of a modified polyether amine curing agent, 10-20 parts of a modified aliphatic polyamine curing agent and 3-4 parts of a coupling agent. The high performance epoxy resin waterproof coating provided by the invention has considerably high elongation at break, tensile strength and chemical resistance. Experiments verify that the elongation at break of the high performance epoxy resin waterproof coating provided by the invention can reach over 80%, the tensile strength can reach over 12MPa, and the humid substrate bonding strength can reach over 4MPa. The coating which is soaked by an H2SO4 aqueous solution for 15 days is free of cracks, empty bumps and falling. |
